Runner's Rhythm is a wearable device with two freely moving ball bearings inside a shaped shell.As you run, the bearings collide to create a rhythmic, audible sound that syncs with your steps.As well as helping to maintain consistent pacing, it also alerts others that you're approaching - adding an extra layer of safety.

George is a passionate runner who created Runner's Rhythm to improve his own runs. Training year-round — often in dark winter conditions — he wanted something simple that helped him stay consistent, focused, and safe without relying on screens or apps.Using Runner's Rhythm every day, George saw real improvements in stamina, rhythm, and overall enjoyment of running. It also gave him added confidence on low-light runs by making his presence known to others nearby.
